Managed SOA Servers starting in Admin Mode

Managed Servers will fail to be up and running and will start in Admin Mode for several reasons.

Few of which are due to problems in Datasource:

1)Invalid Credentials
2)Corrupted Datasource (Datasource which gave exceptions during creation)
